My name is Oxana Kravtsova, and I am the artist behind OXYPOINT. I create original paintings and custom commissions in watercolor, oil and acrylic.
For me, a successful painting is not simply an accurate copy of a photograph. I look for the character, expression, atmosphere and personal story behind the image. My goal is to create an artwork that feels alive, meaningful and deeply personal to the people who will live with it.
Every painting is created personally by me and entirely by hand, from the initial drawing to the final brushstroke or palette knife mark. How the Commission Process Works
- Share your ideaSend a short description of the painting you would like, together with any photographs or visual references. You may also include the occasion, preferred dimensions, deadline and destination country.
You do not need to choose one perfect photograph before contacting me. Several images are often more useful than one, and elements can sometimes be combined into a stronger composition. - Choose the medium and formatWe will discuss whether oil, watercolor or acrylic best suits the subject and desired atmosphere.
Watercolor is light, elegant and well suited to intimate portraits, wedding scenes, architecture and atmospheric places. Oil offers richer colour, physical texture and a stronger presence, particularly in larger statement paintings. Acrylic may be recommended for specific surfaces, colours or project requirements. - Receive a personal proposalI will review your references and recommend the medium, dimensions, orientation and composition. You will receive a clear quote and estimated schedule before painting begins.
The final price depends on size, medium, number of subjects, background, level of detail and overall complexity. - Reserve your commissionA 30% non-refundable deposit reserves your place in my schedule and allows me to begin preparing the composition and materials.
- Approve the completed artworkWhen the painting is finished, I will send photographs for your review. After approval and payment of the remaining 70%, the artwork will be signed, documented and prepared for delivery.
- Receive your paintingThe artwork is carefully packed and shipped with tracking. Oil paintings require additional drying time before they can be safely packaged. Delivery timing depends on the destination and the size of the artwork.

This collection of four original watercolor paintings was created especially for Pri Fencu, a holiday apartment in the Slovenian Alps.

Depending on the style, I work with brushes, palette knives and visible impasto texture. A protective finishing layer or varnish is applied when appropriate.
Watercolor paintings are created with professional watercolor paints on high-quality 100% cotton watercolor paper. Each artwork begins with a careful pencil drawing and is developed through transparent layers of colour.

Oil and acrylic paintings are created on stretched canvas with painted or carefully finished edges, so they can be hung without a frame. Framing can also be arranged individually before shipping.
Watercolor paintings should be framed behind glass or museum acrylic and are usually shipped unframed in protective flat packaging.
For very large international orders, a canvas may be shipped rolled and stretched locally. This option is always discussed before the painting process begins.
