🌍 Free Worldwide Shipping

Yes — I offer free shipping on all artworks, including originals and prints, no matter where you are in the world!

• Prints and small original works are shipped via Slovenian Post.
• Large original oil paintings are sent through trusted international couriers. I’ll choose the best shipping provider based on your location and delivery conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

💼 Duties & Taxes

I ship all artworks from Slovenia (EU). Please note:

• Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• These charges vary depending on your country and are not included in the purchase price.
• If you decline to pay import fees and the parcel is returned to me, I’ll refund the cost of the artwork minus all shipping fees (to and from your location), provided the item arrives back in its original condition.

📦 Missed or Uncollected Parcels

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you’re able to receive your parcel.
If your order:

• is returned to me due to an incorrect address,
• remains unclaimed at your local post office, or
• is refused due to unpaid import duties,

I won’t be able to resend it free of charge. Additional shipping costs will apply if you’d like me to ship it again.
