I do not refund or exchange in any way for damage to products that have been mishandled by customers.
Compensation for damage will be reimbursed if my paintings or prints were damaged during transportation by postal services or were sent with malfunctions.
Each print or painting is checked before shipping and packed by me personally.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, in its original packaging (or other secure packaging). If returned paintings or prints are found unsuitable after inspection for any reason, I reserve the right to refuse a refund.
I do not accept returns for paintings or prints that have been made to order.
