🤝 If Something Goes Wrong

If there’s an issue with your order, please don’t worry — I won’t leave you hanging. I’ll do my best to help and find a solution that works for both of us.
If the artwork you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, feel free to contact me using the form below. I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
However, I’m not able to offer refunds or exchanges for items that were damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

📦 Damage During Shipping

Each artwork is carefully inspected and personally packed by me before shipping.
If your painting or print arrives damaged due to a shipping issue, or if something is wrong with the item upon arrival, I’ll offer compensation or a replacement (when possible). Just reach out within a few days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the artwork.

• I’m unable to compensate buyers who didn’t review the full product description prior to purchase.
• Please double-check the dimensions, colors, and materials listed for each piece.

🔄 Return Policy

I truly hope you’ll love the artwork you’ve chosen — but if you change your mind, here’s how returns work:

• Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
• Return the item within: 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition and securely packaged (original or equivalent packaging).
• If returned artwork is found to be damaged or altered in any way, I reserve the right to decline the refund.

Please note:

• Custom-made or made-to-order paintings and prints are non-returnable.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Colors and contrast may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
